1st Haircut

My friend Lesa gave Brig his first haircut while we were in Oakley. We trimmed a little off the top and back but left the curls at the bottom!

Kansas in July

We traveled to Kansas to visit friends and for my 20 year class reunion. Our first stop was Oakley, KS to spend a couple of days with the Berkgrens. We had a great time... went to the swimming pool, saw the animals at the Logan county fair, rode rides... Then we went to Lyons. Many of the reunion festivities were not family friendly and Grammy and Grampy were out of town doing a show. So, Mrs Brunk took care of Brig Friday night - she found out that Brig wants to everything by him self...including walking across the street. Saturday afternoon we went to Mike and Sally's for family fun and Sat night he hung out with the Peter kids. It was a great trip.

July 4th 09

Today was a busy day!! We got up early and headed to the Greeley Stampede Independence Parade. The Gerhard family, Shawna and McKayle Gilbert, Grandma and Grandpa Winchell and aunt Ronda joined us! Brig was the dancing king to the bands! We rested in the early afternoon then headed to Cousin Brian's place in Bennett for fireworks. Brig oohhhed and ahhhed and clapped for the fireworks sponsored by Gerhard, Hofmann & Coover.

Cousins Scott and Val invited us to their house for a pre 4th BBQ. Lots of the Hall family were there. We had a great time and got some great pics of the Hall-Hofmann cousins.
